Chief of Defence of Lithuania appointed as Honorary Chairman of NATO Chiefs of Staff

In the session Chief of Defence Staffs of NATO countries will discuss current issues of the Alliance – international operations and issues of transformation.

US Air Forces in Europe fighters F-15 land in Lithuania

imgUS Air Forces in Europe fighters F-15 are expected to land at Siauliai military airfield at about 2.00 a.m., September 30. The US Air contingent will begin their rotation cycle in the Baltic Air-policing mission. Contingent of the US Air Forces in Europe will take over the mission this week, October 1.
